Position Details: UX Designer

Dear Team, Mode- CTC Locations USI All Deloitte locations Experience 4-6 years *UI/UX Designer * *Work You’ll Do:* - Manage the delivery of high-fidelity mockups and interactive prototypes across multiple workstreams for development and use in user research studies - Lead and execute UI/UX design projects for web, mobile, and system-level platforms - Conduct user research, usability testing, and synthesize findings into actionable insights - Translate complex requirements into intuitive user-centered solutions - Design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces using Figma or similar tools - Develop system-level interface and interaction design, ensuring scalability and consistency - Create clear user flows, personas, and user journey maps - Ensure products meet usability, accessibility, and visual design standards - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the design and development process - Present concepts and explain design rationale to cross-functional teams and leadership - Stay current with design trends, interaction methods, and emerging technologies - Iterate on designs based on user feedback, analytics, and business goals *Required Qualifications:* - 3 to 5 years professional experience in UI/UX design - Bachelor's degree in design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Proven track record designing and implementing system-level interfaces and interaction design - Excellent interaction and visual design skills, demonstrated through work samples - Expertise with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools - Solid understanding of usability testing methodologies and user research - Experience designing accessible, responsive digital products - Ability to communicate ideas effectively and present work to technical and non-technical audiences - Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams - Strong portfolio showcasing relevant UI/UX projects - *Please include your portfolio, website, or any other relevant link to your work in your resume * *Preferred Skills: * - Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus. *Work examples needed* Product design portfolio that includes elements of UX research, wireframes, concepts, data visualization, branding, high-fidelity prototype and designs, and the build, modification, and application of design systems.
