Role : SAP SD Analyst with IDoc/EDI

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Consultant
with strong hands-on experience in IDoc processing, EDI integration, and
end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) processes.

The ideal candidate should be
capable of handling functional configurations, troubleshooting integration
issues, and collaborating with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Configure and support SAP SD modules, including:
• Sales Order Management
• Pricing, Billing, and Shipping
• Credit Management
• Partner Determination and Output Determination
• Manage IDoc (Intermediate Document) processing for inbound and
outbound interfaces.

• Monitor IDoc queues (WE02, WE05, BD87, SM58)
• Troubleshoot IDoc errors and coordinate with ABAP/development teams
for fixes.

• Work on EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) integrations:
• Understand and map EDI message types (e.g., ORDERS, INVOIC, DESADV,
DELFOR)

• Collaborate with external trading partners and middleware teams
(e.g., SAP PI/PO, Seeburger, B2B Add-on).

• Support interface testing (UAT/SIT) and documentation.

• Provide end-user training and production support for SD & EDI
processes.

• Liaise with cross-functional teams (MM, FI, WM, PP) to resolve
integration issues.

• Participate in project implementations, rollouts, and enhancements.

pricing, output determination, copy controls.

• Strong IDoc knowledge: Partner profiles (WE20), message types,
segments, ports, process codes.

• EDI expertise: Understanding of EDI standards (EDIFACT, ANSI X12),
message mapping, and partner communication setups.

• Debugging/Troubleshooting: Ability to analyze data flow between SAP
and external systems.

• Cross-module knowledge: Integration with MM and FI.

• Communication: Ability to coordinate between business, technical,
and external teams.
