Description:
The Quality Assurance is a team within Information Technology Services servicing both internal and external facing business units.
As a part this team, you will:
• As an RPA developer, you will enhance Deloitte practitioners' business processes through automation, designing scalable, auditable solutions with robust integration technologies.
• Oversee the entire lifecycle of building, testing, and deploying automations in collaboration with the Automation Portfolio Manager and Business Champions.
• Provide Level 3 support for implemented automations and facilitate user acceptance testing.
• Maintain and monitor the Event Management tool while understanding the automation infrastructure architecture.
• Ensure deliverables meet stakeholder expectations, applying critical reasoning to manage requirements, refine solutions, and implement corrective actions collaboratively.
• Consult with experts to tackle complex issues and develop strong relationships with ITS consultants, Deloitte practitioners, and vendors as needed.
• Utilize agile methodologies to meet project objectives and independently make decisions to drive project success.
• Build and maintain positive stakeholder relationships, confidently present to them, and foster a constructive organizational culture through active knowledge sharing and applying lessons learned.
Work Location: Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 06.30 AM to 03.30 PM
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in designing and developing RPA and automation solutions, with a preference for SQL knowledge.
• Certification and proven expertise in using RPA tools especially UI Path and it’s good to have Automation Anywhere and Power Automate experience.
• Continuously self-educates on the latest in automation and related fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of multiple computing languages.
• Experienced with both agile and waterfall project delivery methodologies.
• Capable of managing tight deadlines and adapting to rapidly changing environments.
• Excellent at building and maintaining productive and long-lasting stakeholder relationships, with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Relies on experience and judgment to achieve goals, independently resolves issues, and recognizes when and whom to escalate matters.
• Demonstrates effective conflict resolution skills and the ability to conduct thorough research, analyze data, and make well-founded recommendations.
• Self-motivated and driven, able to work autonomously or collaboratively with strong organizational skills.
