Job Summary

The HR professional will manage and execute HR functions to support a growing real estate

management, compliance, and HR operations to ensure the company attracts, develops, and

retains top talent across sales, marketing, operations, property management, and construction

teams.

Key Responsibilities

1.

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales, back-office, property management, and field

staff roles.

• Prepare job postings, screen candidates, conduct interviews, and coordinate with hiring

managers.

• Build relationships with placement agencies, job portals, and educational institutions.

2.

Onboarding & Induction

• Conduct new hire orientation and ensure smooth onboarding processes.

• Manage documentation, contracts, and employee records.

3.

Employee Relations

• Handle employee queries, grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions professionally.

• Foster a positive and productive workplace culture.

• Conduct engagement activities, team-building events, and employee welfare programs.

4.

HR Operations & Compliance

• Maintain HRMS data and employee files.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws, PF/ESI, contracts, and company policies.

• Manage attendance, payroll coordination, and leaves.

5.

Performance Management

• Support annual performance appraisals and goal-setting processes.

• Track employee performance and coordinate with department heads for improvement

plans.

6.

Training & Development

• Identify training needs and coordinate skill enhancement programs.

• Support development initiatives for sales teams, customer service teams, and site staff.

7.

HR Strategy & Policy Implementation

• Support HR policies, procedures, and organizational development initiatives.

• Assist leadership with data, HR analytics, and workforce planning.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.

• Experience in real estate or a similar industry preferred.

• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to handle multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.
