Responsibilities and
Duties:
• Understand GFS’ business strategy and needs and possesses ability to
support alignment through global projects.
• Support as PMO staff for driving process efficiencies, recommending
enhancements as needed to Operational reporting.
• Understand the stakeholder requirements and analyze the data to build
wireframes for Dashboards and collaborate with the development teams.
• Support to work with various processes to understand value proposition
and process-specific complexities gain understanding of operational
reporting.
• Document any specific exceptions as applicable and help create
training materials for broader usage and better understanding of the
operational reports.
• Proactively anticipate, identify, and communicate issues and risks
which may impact the timelines.
• Works closely with the India team Manager, India and US Senior
Managers in managing program meetings with stakeholders with action items
and deliverables.
• Collaborate with other support organizations, e.g., ServiceNow,
Technology teams and Global Process Owners and stakeholders to ensure
end-to-end coordination.
• Provides regular and timely update of the project.
• Own coordination and completion of deliverables.

Qualifications:
• - Experienced candidate with 4+ years of relevant experience, preferably
in a professional services firm.
• Experience working in a finance shared services environment is a plus.
• Experience using the Microsoft Teams and SharePoint.
• Experience in MIS reporting / Financial reporting: Hands-on experience
with SAP HANA reporting, Analysis for Office is a must, exposure in Web
Intelligence and Tableau is an added advantage.
• Experience of the core Microsoft Office packages is essential.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver reports on time, across
multiple work streams and stakeholders.
• Ability to think critically and apply appropriate levels of challenge
to workstream plans risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Executive presence and experience facilitating discussions with
different stakeholders and perspectives.
• Experience of executive level reporting and communicating across all
levels within the organization.
• Autonomous problem solving and Data analytical skills.
• Strong stakeholder management, influencing, and team player skills.
• Demonstrated experience of working across cultures and countries and a
working knowledge of communication/engagement styles.
• Demonstrated experience interacting with virtual teams across multiple
time zones and in a matrix organization.
• Ability to work on deliverables with minimal monitoring.
• Highly motivated and very organized.
• High English communication (written and verbal) skills.
