Position Details: GPO CoE Deployment Change Management Support - Training Developer

Description:

The Global Organizational Change Management (OCM) thread in Global Finance Services partners with stakeholders across the globe to manage the organizational change activities for the SWIFT platform (e.g., communications and training development) and to promote adoption of SWIFT S4 global functionality amongst member firms/geographies.

We are seeking a full-time training developer to build training materials as we continue to enhance the SWIFT S4 platform.

Specific responsibilities and duties:
e Works closely with the Global Change Management and Training Leads/su mission and responsibilities of the Global Change Management thread
tpport teams to fulfill the
e Creates new or update existing training materials, based on SWIFT’s monthly release bundles.

Support will consist of updating screenshots and verbiage / text in existing training materials or creating new materials based on deployed enhancements (e.g., Instructor-led training/eLearning, and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs)) Training, Web-based
e Develops new training materials (including courseware, QRGs, video simulations, and / or marketing videos) for Global Template functionality projects deploying as part of the GFS/SWIFT annual roadmap.

All training materials developed will be based on change impacts and training needs identified during project implementation
