Description:

We are seeking a ServiceNow APM/EA Developer should be focused on building, customizing, and maintaining solutions within the ServiceNow Application Portfolio Management (APM) or Enterprise Architecture (EA) module.

This role requires strong coding skills and in-depth platform knowledge to translate business requirements into functional, scalable solutions.

Key

Responsibilities:
Customization and Scripting: Design, develop, and customize solutions within the ServiceNow platform using JavaScript, Glide API, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions, and Script Includes.

Module Development: Build and configure new functionalities within the APM/EA workspaces, including application rationalization, technology risk assessments, and lifecycle management workflows.

Integration Development: Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (such as CMDB discovery tools, financial systems, and other enterprise applications) using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and other integration technologies.

Data Modeling and CMDB: Apply CSDM (Common Service Data Model) principles to ensure data integrity and build a robust, accurate application data model within the Configuration Management Database (CMDB).

Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues related to APM/EA configurations, integrations, and performance, implementing effective and scalable fixes.

Technical Proficiency:
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow specific APIs/scripting.

Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools including Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, Workflows, Flow Designer, and Service Portal widgets.

Proven experience in developing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub.

In-depth knowledge of CMDB and CSDM frameworks.

Certifications (Preferred):
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
Certified Application Developer (CAD)
Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) - Application Portfolio Management
