We are seeking a talented and innovative ServiceNow Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and implement cutting-edge AI-driven solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

This role requires expertise in building autonomous AI agents, intelligent chatbots (Virtual Agents), and leveraging Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities to optimize workflows and enhance user experiences across our enterprise.

The ideal candidate will be a creative problem-solver with strong technical skills and a passion for staying abreast of emerging AI trends within the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Key

Responsibilities:-  AI Solution Development: Design, develop, and deploy intelligent, AI-powered workflows and applications using ServiceNow's Agentic AI framework, AI Agent Studio, and AI Orchestrator.

Virtual Agent and NLU Implementation: Configure and customize ServiceNow Virtual Agents and implement Natural Language Understanding (NLU) models to provide personalized, immediate, and automated support to end-users.

Generative AI Integration: Utilize ServiceNow's GenAI capabilities (e.g., Now Assist, Now Assist Skill Kit) to enable features such as incident/case summarization, knowledge base generation, and intelligent search (AI Search Summarization).

Platform Integration: Integrate ServiceNow with external systems, third-party AI models, and databases using REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub to extend AI functionality across the enterprise.

Scripting and Configuration: Write and optimize JavaScript and ServiceNow scripts (Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies) to enhance and customize AI agent and application functionality.

Testing and Optimization: Conduct testing, perform error analysis, troubleshoot technical issues, and monitor performance using AI Control Tower and Performance Analytics to ensure robust and efficient AI systems.

Collaboration and Documentation: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., IT, HR, CSM, product management) to gather requirements and create comprehensive technical documentation for AI solutions.

• Minimum 2 to 8 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
• Strong experience in AI, ML, and Generative AI solutions within the ServiceNow platform
• Proficiency in JavaScript and web technologies including HTML, CSS, XML, and JSON
• Solid understanding of ServiceNow architecture and core modules such as ITSM, CSM, and HRSD
• Experience working with AI Agent Studio, Virtual Agent Designer, NLU Workbench, and Now Assist
• Ability to build, configure, and enhance Virtual Agents and NLU models
• Experience integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs
• Strong scripting skills for Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Client Scripts
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex AI-driven workflows
• Good communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
