Description:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Specialist to join our team, responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting IT Service Management processes within the ServiceNow platform.
The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules, Service Catalog, and Flow Designer, with additional experience in integrating ServiceNow with other enterprise systems considered a strong advantage.

Responsibilities:
• Configure, customize, and support ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, etc.)
Develop and maintain Service Catalog items and workflows to streamline service delivery
Design and implement automated workflows using ServiceNow Flow Designer

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Proven experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules
Hands-on expertise with Service Catalog and Flow Designer
Experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, etc.) is a plus
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
ServiceNow certification(s) preferred
