As an analyst, you would assist EC team in processing corporate.

Work you’ll do This role includes accurate and timely processing of corporate credit card applications, reconciliation of Deloitte T&E reimbursement system with corporate card transactions, extending into providing customer service through telephone, emails and internal contact applications.

To also work closely with internal (Deloitte U.S.

Firms’) employees, Executive and Administrative Assistants (EAs/AAs) who support the Firm’s Partners, Principals, and Directors (PPDs); to resolve expense compliance, Time and Expense and reimbursement matters by ensuring employees’ compliance/adherence to Firm’s expense and reimbursement policies.

• Gain comprehensive knowledge and understanding of Corporate Cards, Expense and Reimbursement Policies, Deloitte Time & Expense system.

• Understand corporate credit card life cycle.

Gain knowledge of firm policies and guidelines for processing corporate credit card applications.

• Understand mechanism of the firms in settling corporate card balances with card service provider.

• Respond to e-mails and phone calls received for Corporate Card queries, expense reimbursements and contact practitioners to resolve open issues.

• Perform compliance adherence to corporate card payments, travel and entertainment expenses.

• Research on various Deloitte related expense tools and analyze them.

• Provide support on assigned ad-hoc and activity based assignments/projects.

• Ability to analyze and comprehend grey areas and decision making capabilities
• Self-starter, pro-active and flexible in taking up additional responsibilities.

• Gain greater understanding of the end to end business and independently work on activities.

• Prioritization of important time-based tasks (both primary and team’s tasks).

• Delivering assigned responsibilities with quality and within required timelines.
