Position Details: SNOW Vulnerability Consultant

Description:

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) Vulnerability Response Implementation Specialist with a strong background in designing, configuring, and deploying ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) modules.

The ideal candidate excels at end-to-end implementations and has a demonstrated expertise in building, managing, and optimizing custom integrations between ServiceNow and third-party security/vulnerability platforms.

Required Skills &

Experience:

• ServiceNow SecOps Expertise: 3+ years implementing and administering ServiceNow Security Operations modules, with a focus on Vulnerability Response.

• Custom Integrations: 2+ years designing/customizing integrations (with tools such as Qualys, Rapid7, Tenable, CrowdStrike, Splunk, BigFix, or SCCM), using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide), flow designer, orchestration, and data import/export processes.

• Security Knowledge: Familiarity with vulnerability lifecycle management, CVE/CWE standards, risk scoring methodologies, and common enterprise security tools.

• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
