Job summary
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment activities for our client Deloitte. The ideal candidate will have strong sourcing and screening experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles, from sourcing to offer rollout
- Source and screen candidates for Finance, Audit, Compliance, and Operations roles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening interviews
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and priorities
- Schedule and manage interview processes
- Maintain accurate candidate data and recruitment trackers
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
Required skills
- 2–10 years of experience in sourcing and recruitment
- Strong experience in candidate sourcing and screening
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
Ability to handle multiple roles and tight timelines
