Description:
Position: Salesforce Administrator
Job type: Remote
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for configuration, design, functionality, and end-user support of
the platform.
2. Must have extensive experience in building, maintaining, and troubleshooting
salesforce flows
3. Configure and maintain custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts,
formulas, data validation rules, custom workflows, approval processes,
installed packages, etc.
4. Responsible for overseeing and optimizing the usage of Salesforce.com
along with key Sales & Marketing software platforms including (but not limited
to) DocuSign, HubSpot, Outreach, ZoomInfo, etc...
5. Maintain user roles and profiles, security settings, access settings, etc.
6. Establish and implement change control and best practices with regards to
system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
7. Engage with business stakeholders to gather & analyze requirements and
propose solutions that leverage Salesforce functionality
8. Manage data imports, database de-duping and cleanup.
9. Identify production risks and areas for improvement; prioritizes, designs and
facilitates successful implementation and adoption of new processes.
10. Develop and implement training for end-users. Create and maintain all
training materials and guides for processes related to Salesforce.com
business applications.
Required Qualifications:
1. 5+ years in administrating Salesforce.com
2. Certified Salesforce.com Administrator a must
3. Experience working in a Professional Services Organization a plus
4. Certified Salesforce.com Advanced Administrator a plus
5. Additional Sales Tech Platform experience and certifications a plus
6. Experience working with AWS ACE Integration, AWS Marketplace, AWS Partner
Funding Portal a MAJOR plus
