The RM professional ensures the right people with the right skills are staffed on the right projects at the right time, helping the business achieve revenue and utilization goals.

You will work closely with service lines like Audit, Advisory, Consulting, or Tax and act as a bridge between business leaders and talent teams.

Key Responsibilities (In Simple Terms)

• Demand Forecasting: Understand upcoming projects and resource needs.

• Staffing & Deployment: Allocate resources to engagements effectively.

• Bench Management: Minimize idle resources and manage utilization.

• Demand-Supply Gap Management: Identify skill shortages or excess capacity.

• Governance & Reporting: Track metrics (utilization, deployment, forecasting accuracy).

• Stakeholder Management: Regular connects with leaders and practitioners.

• Conflict Resolution: Handle schedule overlaps and project rollovers.

• Visa Advisory: Support FSS in immigration/visa-related matters.

• Data Analysis: Use Excel and reporting tools for insights and planning.
