EXPERIENCE
 Approximately 9.9 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, specializing in
delivering secure, scalable CRM solutions while leading teams and coordinating
end-to-end project delivery.
 Solid knowledge of Salesforce administration and configuration, including object
management, user and organization setup, roles, profiles, and permission sets to
ensure appropriate access control.
 Extensive expertise in Salesforce configuration, automation, integrations, and
deployments, with hands-on development capability in Apex, Visualforce, and
Lightning (Aura & LWC).
 Proven track record in environment and release management, utilizing tools such
as CI/CD and Change Sets to ensure smooth releases across multiple
environments.
 Skilled in bridging the gap between business and technology, managing priorities,
and ensuring platform governance, security, and optimization.
 Proficient in requirement gathering, stakeholder coordination, and sprint planning,
focusing on streamlining workflows and improving customer satisfaction.
 Experienced in managing complete metadata structures and data hygiene using
tools like Data Loader and governance control.
 Hands-on experience with deployment and automation tools such as
Ant/Force.com Migration Tool, Workbench, and Salesforce Inspector.
 Comprehensive understanding of the Salesforce platform and metadata
architecture.
 In-depth knowledge of Salesforce environment release cycles, refresh cycles, and
associated modules.
 Proven experience implementing agile methodologies with a focus on continuous
delivery and integration.
 Performed pre- and post-deployment activities not achievable through standard
build tools.
