Description:
• *Position Overview :
• We are seeking an experienced Telecom Program Manager to support network
circuit procurement, delivery, and testing for site launches and Keep the
Lights On (KTLO) initiatives.
This role will execute strategic
infrastructure projects while managing carrier engagement activities
requiring telecom coordination expertise.
• Work Hours CST (Central Standard Time) hours required.
• *Network Circuit Delivery & Infrastructure Projects*:
• Manage end-to-end circuit procurement, delivery, and testing for Plan of
Record (POR) based site launches
• Execute strategic infrastructure initiatives including Ring Topology
Conversion, Circuit Upgrades, Fixed Wireless to Fiber Conversion, and SPoF
mitigation
• Coordinate delivery of WAN circuits supporting capacity upgrades and
network initiatives
• Support POR deliveries, customer intake requests, and legacy service
sunset activities
• Maintain project governance, stakeholder communication, and delivery
timelines
• Carrier Engagement & Coordination:
•
• Serve as primary interface with ISPs for service delivery coordination
• Create and manage service requests during circuit delivery and incidents
• Conduct proactive follow-up and escalation to expedite service delivery
• Coordinate field activities between ISP technicians and internal teams
• Provide real-time status updates and resolve delivery blockers
• Operational Support & Reporting:
•
• Manage KTLO initiatives to maintain network reliability
• Track circuit delivery metrics and project milestones
• Maintain documentation for circuit orders and vendor coordination
• Support monthly business reviews
• Ensure compliance with delivery standards and quality gates
• Experience
Requirements:
•
• 7+ years of program-level telecom/network infrastructure experience
• Experience managing North America programs
• Proven track record managing multiple concurrent infrastructure projects
• Strong stakeholder and executive communication skills
• Technical Skills :
•
• Strong understanding of WAN circuit technologies (Fiber, Fixed Wireless,
DIA, DX)
• Knowledge of network topology concepts
• Familiarity with circuit delivery lifecycle
• Basic understanding of ISP operations
• Analytics & Reporting
Skills:
•
• Advanced Excel skills and data manipulation
• Strong analytics and dashboard building experience (Tableau/QuickSight
preferred)
• Experience creating executive-level reports and KPI tracking
