About the Role

We’re looking for a hands-on DevOps Engineer who enjoys automation, solving real production

problems, and working in a fast-paced startup environment.

You’ll work closely with developers

and founders to build reliable and scalable infrastructure from the ground up.

If you enjoy taking ownership, experimenting with tools, and learning quickly, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

● Build and improve CI/CD pipelines for faster and safer deployments.

● Automate repetitive tasks and improve development workflows.

● Monitor systems using tools like Google Cloud Monitoring, CloudWatch, Grafana ,and

Prometheus.

● Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis(RCA).

● Manage containerized applications using Docker.

● Assist in maintaining orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.

● Ensure system reliability, performance, and security best practices.

● Document processes to support scalability and knowledge sharing.

Required Skills

● 1–2 years of experience in DevOps, Cloud, and strong Linux fundamentals.

● Shell scripting (Bash) and Python for Automation Script.

● Working knowledge of Git.

● Understanding of CI/CD concepts and tools such as Jenkins or GitHub Actions.

● Basic networking knowledge (DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, IP addressing, ports).

● Manage and support cloud infrastructure primarily on Google Cloud Platform, Amazon

Web Services or similar platforms.(EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, VM, GCS, IAM, VPC,

Serverless Deployments concepts).

● Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

● Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently in a startup environment.

Good to Have

● Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform or CloudFormation).

● Familiarity with logging tools (ELK stack or similar).

● Experience supporting production environments.

● Awareness of security best practices in cloud environments.

● Previous startup experience.
