Description:

Role: Product Designer

Experience: 3–5 years

Location: Remote
Responsibilities
Lead design collaboration with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and
other stakeholders
Design and ship end-to-end consumer digital products
Conduct user research to inform MVPs and product decisions
Balance innovation, usability, and technical feasibility
Identify UX challenges and deliver intuitive, high-quality UI solutions
Build and maintain scalable design systems
Communicate ideas through user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and
documentation
Own outcomes and work independently in a distributed team
Requirements
3+ years of experience shipping digital products
Strong UI/UX skills across web and mobile platforms
Ability to translate user and business needs into clear design solutions
Experience with user research, prototyping, and developer handoff
Solid understanding of modern product development workflows
Portfolio demonstrating strong design impact and execution
Nice to Have
Clear communicator and strong collaborator
Comfortable working across fidelity levels with fast iteration
Resourceful, experimental, and detail-oriented
Experience simplifying complex workflows and data
