• Your responsibilities will include:
• - Responsible for meeting with every practitioner leaving Deloitte,
ensuring all exit related items are completed, and exit discussions are
conducted.

Serves as the single point of contact during involuntary and
voluntary separations for:

• *Payroll
• – work on any payroll related issues that may arise,
which includes working with individuals who request assistance with
outstanding repayment obligations and negotiating the repayment
schedule.

• *Independence
• – Coordinate among multiple stakeholders to ensure
all financial obligations related to restricted entities and
attest clients
are settled to avoid any conflicts with Independence rules.

• *Office of Confidentiality and Privacy
• – ensure certification of
compliance policies are adhered to for all exiting employees.

• *Records Management
• - Assist in ensuring client engagement files
are returned to minimize risk to the firm.

• *IT
• – liaise with separated professionals to support the return of
firm assets, and initiate access controls to reduce risk of Deloitte
equipment and confidential information being accessible after individuals
leave.

• *Federal Security Clearances
• – notify the Fedsec team of all late
voluntary separations so they may debrief the individual leaving.

Coordinate with the Fedsec team on all involuntary separations to ensure
their ability to debrief the individual after the exit meeting before
leaving the premises.

• Work with the Office of Confidentially and Privacy to review and
resolve data breach issues and concerns for separating professionals in
order to mitigate risk to the firm.

• Coordinate and communicate with exiting professionals regarding
potential data breach to discuss the files in question and assess whether
there is a violation.

• For any violations that occur, escalate accordingly to the Office
of Confidentiality and Privacy and CI Champion.

• Attend meetings with business leaders, CI Champions, OCP and TR to
determine next steps when it’s determined that employees are
demonstrating
malicious intent.

• The team
• The ELE team supports the US and USI Talent Acquisition professionals in a
variety of core activities.

Our ELE professionals manage end-to-end
activities for a candidate from application management until the
candidate’s onboarding.

Our team adheres to established firm standards for
quality, service, and delivery, i.e., delivering regular reports within
time, checking workflow to ensure timely delivery, etc.

The team provides a
wide array of services to the US and India professionals, and is
continually evaluating and expanding its portfolio.

• Qualifications
• *Required
• - Graduate 1 to 3 years of work experience in HR
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Should be willing to work night shifts
• Should have exposure to interaction with International
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office
• Experience with Salesforce and HRIS strongly preferred
• Ability to interface with all levels within the firm
• Initiative and self-direction; works on assignments that are
moderately difficult, requiring judgment in resolving issues

• Excellent client service skills
• Excellent organizational skills, prioritizing, and multi-tasking
abilities

• Ability to adapt to a changing environment and to approach challenges
with creativity and resourcefulness

• Prioritizes and independently executes responsibilities

• Experience in a large or matrix driven corporation with overseas or
outsourced operations

• Preferred
• - Postgraduation (MBA in HR, MA, and MCom) is preferred
• Exposure to interaction with US clients/stakeholders
• Experience in working on cloud-based applications like SAP HR, Taleo,
Success Factor, or other applications in HR/Talent

• Experience working in HRSS department of a multinational company
• Relevant experience in business process reengineering, work body
transitions, and quality controls

• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
and Outlook); macro knowledge is a plus
