- 0–2 years of experience in HR Operations, with a focus on HR document management and reporting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills
- Ability to adapt to change and approach challenges with creativity and resourcefulness
