Description:
Responsibilities:
➢ Design brand-aligned creatives for:
▪ LinkedIn & social media campaigns
▪ Website banners and landing pages
▪ Corporate decks & leadership presentations
▪ Emailers & newsletters
▪ Event branding & internal communication
➢ Maintain brand consistency across all platforms
➢ Create visually engaging infographics for thought leadership content
➢ Support website design updates in collaboration with developers
➢ Work closely with the marketing head to conceptualize campaign themes
➢ Ensure high-quality output with strong typography, alignment, and color balance
Video Production & Editing (preferred)
➢ Shoot and edit:
▪ Leadership interviews
▪ Thought leadership videos
▪ Corporate announcements
▪ Event coverage
▪ Employee engagement videos
➢ Edit videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, and website use
➢ Add motion graphics, subtitles, brand elements, and transitions
➢ Ensure high-quality lighting, framing, and audio during shoots
➢ Coordinate with leadership for professional on-camera output
Desired Skills (Technical & Behavioural):
➢ Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy
➢ Proficiency in:
▪ Adobe Illustrator
▪ Photoshop
▪ InDesign
▪ Canva (advanced use)
➢ Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus
➢ Ability to interpret briefs and deliver within timelines
➢ Strong attention to detail and aesthetics
➢ Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) / Design degree preferred
➢ 4-8 years of experience in corporate or branding design
➢ Experience working with consulting / finance / professional services firms is a plus
➢ Strong portfolio of work
