Areas (including but not limited to): · Lead and manage end-to-end project
lifecycle, ensuring successful project delivery aligned with business
goals. · Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, resource
allocation, and status reports. · Ensure projects follow the SAP Activate
methodology and best practices during all implementation phases. ·
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and internal teams to define
project scope, objectives, and deliverables. · Identify project risks,
dependencies, and issues, and develop risk mitigation strategies. · Monitor
project performance and ensure timely delivery, quality standards, and
customer satisfaction. · Coordinate with cross-functional teams including
functional consultants, technical teams, and business stakeholders. ·
Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impact project
timelines or outcomes. · Manage stakeholder communication and provide
regular progress updates to leadership and clients. · Drive continuous
improvement by analyzing current business processes and recommending
enhancements. · Ensure smooth execution of testing, deployment, go-live,
and post-implementation support activities. · Maintain project governance,
documentation, and compliance with delivery standards. · Foster
collaboration within teams and create an environment focused on
performance, reliability, and customer success.
