Work You’ll Do
As a Website Management Specialist, you will drive the design, maintenance,
and optimization of our next-generation website.
You’ll leverage advanced
Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and Machine Learning to
enhance user experience, automate content workflows, and deliver
data-driven insights.
Using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and
SharePoint, you will implement innovative features, streamline processes,
and align digital strategies with business goals.
Collaboration across
teams will be key to ensuring our website remains cutting-edge, effective,
and aligned with organizational objectives.
Responsibilities
Website and Communications Management (US and USI)
• Lead website and communications management to maintain an
impactful online presence and effective communication strategies.
• Apply expertise in GenAI and LLMs to recommend improvements in
content strategy, personalization, and user engagement.
• Oversee website content development, refresh cycles, vendor
collaborations, and internal Deloitte support team processes to ensure the
website remains current and operational.
• Ensure design consistency for a seamless experience for
learners and stakeholders.
• Partner across geographies to manage issue resolution tracking
and related processes.
• Collaborate with marketing and communications teams to execute
campaigns and initiatives that engage our audience.
Website Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboard Management
• Monitor website performance and user engagement using
analytics tools such as Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics,
Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Design, build, and maintain interactive dashboards and regular
reports to track key metrics, trends, and user interactions, providing
clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Gather, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources to
ensure data accuracy and consistency for reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with business teams to understand reporting
requirements, analyze trends, and deliver insights that support strategic
and operational objectives.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization,
proactively monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics,
and communicate actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
• Document reporting processes, data sources, and dashboard
functionalities; provide training and support to end users to ensure
effective adoption of reporting solutions.
• Manage SharePoint site collections, libraries, and content.
• Ensure optimal performance, accessibility, and user experience
across SharePoint-managed sites.
• Demonstrate prior experience working with analytics and
visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, and Google
Analytics.
• Support website updates, content management, and user
experience improvements.
• Learn and apply basic GenAI tools to help automate routine
content creation or improve site features.
• Collaborate with team members to identify areas where AI can
add value, such as personalizing content or providing simple chat support.
• Stay curious about new digital trends and be open to
experimenting with AI-powered website enhancements under guidance.
Cross-DLHP Strategic Projects
• Identify, plan, and execute strategic projects with
cross-functional impact in collaboration with the S&O Leader for DLHP.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress
to achieve objectives.
• Communicate and align project goals across departments.
Project Coordination and Support
• Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones for L&D
initiatives.
• Track project execution to ensure adherence to established
timelines and deadlines; identify potential delays and support corrective
actions.
• Facilitate clear communication between L&D teams,
stakeholders, and project owners, providing updates on status and
milestones.
• Maintain project documentation, including plans, meeting
minutes, progress reports, and results.
• Research, test, and incorporate enabling learning technologies
to drive interaction, engagement, and application, optimizing the
development experience.
• Ensure operational procedures and outputs adhere to quality
standards and project goals; coordinate reviews and approvals from
stakeholders.
• Collect data and prepare reports on project outcomes.
• Collaborate with sub-teams within DLHP and other enabling
teams (operations, facilities, subject matter experts, technology, and
finance) for seamless project execution.
• Contribute ideas for enhancing training processes, tools, and
methodologies based on lessons learned and industry best practices.
Qualifications, Skills & Competencies
• Graduate in any stream.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and technical troubleshooting
skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented
environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the
ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
Technical Skills
• Proficiency in website analytics tools, including Adobe
Analytics and Tableau.
• Demonstrated experience managing SharePoint sites, libraries,
and content.
• Experience using analytics and reporting dashboard tools such
as Adobe Analytics, Power BI, or other advanced analytical platforms.
• Familiarity with prompt engineering, large language models
(LLMs), and integrating GenAI solutions into digital strategies*.*
