SAP HR, SAP HCM Module, PCR Reading & Writing, US/Canada Payroll, SAP
Configuration, Experience with any Ticketing Tool.

• Skills – General:
• 1.6–8 years of SAP HR experience.

2.Experience working on at least one support project with a good
understanding of SLA timelines for incidents, requirements, and HR cases.

3.Good understanding of product release management and year-end
activities such as HRSPs, Time & Payroll calendars.

4.Strong communication skills to work in a virtual environment and
manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders.

5.Experience working in large or remote teams.

6.Familiarity with Agile tools (e.g., Jira) is preferred.

7.Knowledge of payroll comparison tools for processing large volumes of
employee records will be an added advantage.
