We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Sr BA) with strong experience in
Robotic Process Automation (RPA) initiatives (e.g., UiPath, Pega, and
similar tools).

This role partners with business and technology
stakeholders to identify automation opportunities, define requirements,
optimize processes, and support delivery from discovery through
implementation and value realization.

Responsibilities Summary:
Lead process discovery and document current/future state workflows (e.g.,
BPMN, swim lanes), pain points, and automation suitability.

Elicit and manage requirements (functional/non-functional) for RPA
automations, including exception handling, business rules, and handoffs.

Produce BA artifacts such as user stories, acceptance criteria, process
maps, use cases, requirements traceability matrix (RTM), and test scenarios.

Partner with RPA developers and solution architects to translate business
needs into implementable designs (queues, orchestrations, integrations,
triggers).

Support automation intake and prioritization (complexity, ROI, risk,
stability, control considerations).

Facilitate workshops with SMEs to validate requirements, confirm edge
cases, and align stakeholders.

Coordinate UAT (User Acceptance Testing) planning and execution; triage
defects; confirm readiness for release.

Ensure automation designs meet controls, auditability, and security needs
(access, credentials, segregation of duties, logging).

Track and report outcomes (cycle time reduction, error reduction, capacity
release) and support continuous improvement post go-live.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, MIS, or a
related field.

6+ years of Business Analyst experience, with 2+ years supporting RPA
programs or intelligent automation.

Hands-on experience working in projects with RPA platforms such as UiPath
and/or Pega (others acceptable).

Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills; experience in
Agile delivery (Scrum/Kanban).

Experience mapping processes and defining business rules, exceptions, and
operational procedures.

Comfortable working with technical teams on integrations (APIs, file
transfers, email, mainframe/virtualized apps) at a requirements level.

Proven experience supporting custom-built, enterprise-grade applications.

Strong analytical, technical, and stakeholder communication skills.

Experience facilitating technology conversations around APIs, cloud,
automation, and AI/ML.

Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Mural, and Salesforce.

Knowledge of financial services operations, enterprise technology, and
collaboration platforms.
