Lead .NET Fullstack Developer
We are hiring a Lead .NET Fullstack Developer on a contract-to-hire basis (8–10 years’ experience) to build and run end-to-end, cloud-native platforms in a consulting/client-delivery environment.

You will lead the design and delivery of production-grade applications and APIs using the .NET framework, Angular, and AWS.

In this role, you will partner closely with architects, product managers, and DevOps teams, taking full ownership of the software development lifecycle—from requirements and system design through to build, test, deploy, and operate—with a focus on quality, reliability, and timely delivery.

Responsibilities:
Lead the development of robust, scalable, and secure web applications using .NET for the backend and Angular for the frontend.

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable C# code.

Develop and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with other third-party services.

Implement and manage cloud-native solutions on AWS, utilizing services such as Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, and EC2.

Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Mentor junior and mid-level developers, providing technical guidance and code reviews.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

Requirements:
Strong experience in full-stack development with a focus on the .NET framework, C#, and Angular.

Proven experience in API engineering, including knowledge of versioning, and authentication/authorization protocols.

Solid understanding of data modeling, database design (both SQL and NoSQL), and data storage principles.

Expertise in building and deploying applications on AWS.

Proficient in automated testing, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
