Position Details: Technical Product Manager

Description:

5+ years of experience in product management, business analysis, or Agile product delivery
Familiarity with healthcare or healthtech domains, ideally in payer systems or claims
processing
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native architectures
Knowledge of performance optimization strategies, SLO/SLA management, performance
benchmarking methodologies, and scalability considerations for enterprise applications
Understanding of non-functional requirements (NFRs) including security, reliability,
availability, and performance standards for healthcare systems
Understanding of Agile software development methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
Understanding of APIs, microservices integration patterns and technical product
documentation for cloud-native applications
Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Pragmatic Institute, or equivalent certification
Experience supporting AI-driven or data-intensive product initiatives
Knowledge of payer systems, provider workflows, or value-based care initiatives
Experience with cloud migration initiatives or cloud-first product development
Familiarity with AI-powered healthcare solutions or data analytics platforms
Knowledge of performance monitoring, observability tools, and scalability testing
methodologies
Understanding of containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps practices
