Position : Senior Executive – Talent Acquisition
Role Details:

Experience: 5 to 8 years
• Work Mode: Hybrid
• Location- HYD
• Contract Duration- 11 Months
• CTC: Up to 10 LPA (with a 20–30% hike on current fixed CTC)
• Rounds of interview- 3 Round (2 Virtual technical round and 1 Face to face Round)
• Notice Period- 60 days
Must Have:
• Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment (lateral hiring, including skill-based and niche hiring)
• Ability to clearly articulate recruitment experience and fundamentals
• Non -IT hiring
• Stakeholder management
• Vendor management
• Strong communication skills
Industry Preference:
• Candidates from Tax / Audit / Consulting / Finance backgrounds
