Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented contractor to support the Growth & Development team’s Learner Experience and Compliance portfolios for the US India (USI) region.

The role partners closely with internal teams and US counterparts to execute learner experience and compliance processes, maintain accurate documentation, and deliver insights from program metrics.

Key

Responsibilities:

• Program Management :
• Support end-to-end execution of learner experience activities, aligned to program objectives and delivery timelines.

• Coordination across stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery and issue resolution.

• Documentation and Compliance :
• Maintain complete, audit-ready records and documentation in line with current processes.

• Manage compliance process steps with accuracy and timeliness.

• Process documentation & continuous improvement:
• Maintain SOPs/job aids for LX and compliance steps; identify friction points and implement small improvements (templates, checklists, automation).

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, master’s degree preferred.



Experience:

• 7-9 years overall; 5-7 in Learning & Development.

• Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing L&D programs.



Skills:

• Knowledge of learning program life cycle and LMS would be a plus.

• Communication

Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to effectively collaborate with both internal teams and external partners.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.

• Analytical

Skills: Strong analytical skills, able to process and interpret complex data to derive meaningful insights.

• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, working independently and as part of a team.
