Contractor (Learner Experience & Compliance) – Growth and
Development Team
• *Role Summary:
• We are seeking a detail-oriented contractor to support the *Growth &
Development
• team’s *Learner Experience and Compliance
• portfolios for the *US
India (USI)
• region.
The role partners closely with internal teams and US
counterparts to execute learner experience and compliance processes,
maintain accurate documentation, and deliver insights from program metrics.
• Key
Responsibilities:
• - *Program Management*:
• Support end-to-end execution of learner experience activities,
aligned to program objectives and delivery timelines.
• Coordination across stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery
and issue resolution.
• *Documentation and Compliance*:
• Maintain complete, audit-ready records and documentation in line
with current processes.
• Manage compliance process steps with accuracy and timeliness.
• *Process documentation & continuous improvement:
• - Maintain SOPs/job aids for LX and compliance steps; identify
friction points and implement small improvements (templates, checklists,
automation).
•
Qualifications:
• - *Education:
• - Bachelor’s degree in a related field required, master’s degree
preferred.
• *Experience:
• - 7-9 years overall; 5-7 in Learning & Development.
• Demonstrated experience in implementing and managing L&D programs.
• *Skills:
• - Knowledge of learning program life cycle and LMS would be a plus.
• Communication
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills, with a proven ability to effectively collaborate with
both internal
teams and external partners.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite and
familiarity with project management tools.
• Analytical
Skills: Strong analytical skills, able to process and
interpret complex data to derive meaningful insights.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment, working independently and as part of a team.
