Description:
Core Responsibilities (All Levels):
• Build and validate predictive and optimization models for workforce analytics (attrition, performance, career progression) using techniques such as classification, regression, clustering.
• Develop recruitment analytics, workforce planning, and executive dashboards.
• Support data cleaning, exploratory analysis, and feature engineering.
Develop SQL queries for data extraction and transformation.
• Apply NLP for sentiment analysis, resume screening, and chatbot development.
• Automate HR processes using ML, OCR, and Document AI.
• Document methodologies and maintain code in version control
• Assist in developing modular Python code and reusable functions; learn to transition prototype code from experiment notebooks to production-ready modules.
• Deliver data science projects end-to-end: stakeholder engagement to deployment.
• Collaborate across technical and business teams, including clients.
• Travel as required by project needs.
Responsibilities:
• Independently deliver analytics solutions and lead/manage assigned technical workstreams.
• Partner with data engineering teams to design and implement data pipelines.
• Build production-grade ML models and deploy them to cloud environments.
• Develop reusable code libraries and modules for team use.
• Liaise with clients, gather requirements, and translate into data science use cases.
• Mentor junior team members.
