Description:
This role is expected to design, maintain, and improve IBM Cognos reports and dashboards by translating stakeholder reporting requirements into practical analytics solutions.Key expectations include gathering and analyzing business needs, validating report outputs, reconciling data from source systems, troubleshooting reporting defects, supporting cutover and production validation, and preparing documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
Strong hands-on IBM Cognos expertise, solid reporting and dashboard development skills, and the ability to understand business KPIs, test data accurately, and coordinate effectively with both business and technical teams.
Experience in manufacturing or industrial environments, enterprise data flows, and operational performance reporting is preferred.
