JD-

A ServiceNow BCM (Business Continuity Management) role focuses on
implementing, configuring, and managing the ServiceNow BCM module to build
organizational resilience.

Key responsibilities include creating BIA
(Business Impact Analysis) workflows, automating continuity plans,
conducting exercises, managing crisis notifications, and developing
dashboards to monitor recovery tasks

Key Responsibilities

BCM Development & Configuration: Design and customize ServiceNow BCM
applications, modules, and functionalities, including UIB pages for Crisis
Maps.

BIA and Planning: Create and manage Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and
continuity plans, assessing RPO/RTO impacts on technology assets and
business processes.

Crisis & Exercise Management: Develop, test, and activate recovery plans
during exercises and actual crises to ensure operational resilience, as
described in the ServiceNow BCM Overview.

Integrations & Reporting: Configure integrations using REST/SOAP, implement
data migration, and develop Performance Analytics dashboards for real-time
visibility into BCM compliance.

Foundation Data Setup: Establish business services, critical assets,
dependencies, and recovery teams.

Required Skills and Experience

6+ years of experience in ServiceNow GRC/IRM/BCM implementations.

Proficiency in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Workflow Editor, Flow
Designer, UIB).

Strong knowledge of business continuity planning, disaster recovery, and
crisis management frameworks.
