Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced L3 Network & Security Engineer to lead advanced
troubleshooting, design, and implementation of enterprise network and security solutions. The role
requires deep expertise in firewalls, routing, load balancing, and data center technologies, along with
the ability to handle complex incidents and escalations.

Key Responsibilities:
 Lead administration and advanced configuration of Palo Alto Firewalls and Panorama, including
policy optimization and PAN-OS upgrades.
 Handle L3 escalations and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for critical network and security
incidents.
 Design and implement routing and switching solutions using OSPF, BGP, and enterprise
switching technologies.
 Manage and optimize F5 / ADC Load Balancers (LTM) configurations and traffic flows.
 Support and design data center network architecture using Cisco Nexus and Arista switches.
 Implement and troubleshoot VPN solutions (Site-to-Site and Remote Access VPNs).
 Administer and troubleshoot Cisco ASA, FTD, and FMC environments.
 Manage Cisco ISE for authentication, authorization, and network access control.
 Support enterprise wireless solutions (Cisco and Arista).
 Review existing implementations, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
 Work closely with vendors and internal teams for complex issue resolution and new
deployments.
 Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and network diagrams.

Required Skills & Experience:
 6–10+ years of experience in Network & Security domain.
 Strong hands-on expertise in Palo Alto Firewall and Panorama administration.
 Deep knowledge of routing protocols (OSPF, BGP) and switching concepts.
 Strong experience with F5 LTM / ADC technologies.
 Hands-on experience in data center technologies (Cisco Nexus, Arista).
 Proficiency in VPN technologies (IPSec, SSL VPN).
 Experience with Cisco ASA, FTD, and FMC.
 Strong working knowledge of Cisco ISE.
 Experience in wireless technologies (Cisco/Arista).
 Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and RCA skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

 Certifications such as PCNSE, CCNP/CCIE, F5 Certified (LTM),
 Experience in large enterprise or managed services environments.

Soft Skills:
 Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
 Ability to handle high-severity incidents and pressure situations.
 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
