- Contract Duration- 11 Months
- CTC: Up to 10 LPA (with a 20–30% hike on current fixed CTC)
- Rounds of interview- 3 Round (2 Virtual technical round and 1 Face to face Round)
- Notice Period- 60 days
Must Have:
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment (lateral hiring, including skill-based and niche hiring)
- Ability to clearly articulate recruitment experience and fundamentals
- Non -IT hiring
- Stakeholder management
- Vendor management
- Strong communication skills
