• Product Strategy: Drive the design process from concept to implementation,

ensuring high-quality and user-centered design solutions for fintech applica

tions

• Design Leadership: Define and drive the product design vision, strategy, and

roadmap in alignment with business goals and user needs

• DesignSystems: Establish andmaintain comprehensive design systems and

standards for React Native, promoting consistency and quality across all UI/UX

elements

• User Research: Conduct user research specific to React Native applications,

analyze feedback, and utilize analytics to inform design decisions for financial

products

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Organize and lead cross-functional meet

ings, workshops, and project updates to ensure transparency and alignment

on goals and deliverables

• TeamLeadership: Lead and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance,

feedback, and professional development opportunities

• Technical Communication: Effectively communicate React Native design
