Description:

Description:
We are seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Architect to design and lead
scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud solutions across data,
application, and DevOps platforms.

This role will own architecture
decisions for Azure-based solutions with a strong focus on Azure
Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, AKS, Terraform, CI/CD
pipelines, and modern API/application integration patterns.

The architect
will work closely with engineering, DevOps, data, and business teams to
translate requirements into resilient cloud-native solutions that support
analytics, integration, and enterprise application modernization.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Define end-to-end Azure architecture for data platforms, APIs,
integrations, and containerized applications, ensuring alignment to
business, security, and scalability requirements.

Design and govern data engineering solutions using Azure Databricks, ADF,
Synapse, SQL, and NoSQL for ingestion, transformation, orchestration, and
analytics workloads.

Architect and optimize big data and ETL pipelines, including batch and
near-real-time processing, data quality controls, lineage, and operational
monitoring.

Lead AKS-based application architecture for containerized services,
including scalability, resiliency, networking, and deployment patterns.

Establish and govern Infrastructure as Code using Terraform for repeatable,
auditable, and enterprise-scale Azure provisioning.

Build and improve CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure
DevOps, including automated build, test, release, and rollback strategies.

Define DevSecOps controls across the delivery lifecycle, including secrets
management, IAM, policy enforcement, vulnerability remediation, and
environment governance.

Partner with application teams working in Python, React, Angular, .NET
Core, Java Spring Boot, and Node.js to define integration patterns, API
standards, hosting models, and cloud deployment architectures.

Implement observability and supportability using monitoring, logging, and
alerting patterns, including support for ELK-style log aggregation and
Azure-native monitoring.

Drive cost optimization and FinOps practices across Azure services by
improving right-sizing, workload efficiency, and cloud spend governance.

Produce architecture artifacts including solution diagrams, ADRs,
standards, and technical roadmaps, and provide technical leadership to
delivery teams.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on architecture experience across Microsoft Azure services and
enterprise cloud platforms.

Deep expertise in Azure Databricks, Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, AKS,
Azure Storage, SQL Server, and NoSQL data platforms.

Strong knowledge of data engineering, including ETL, big data pipelines,
data modeling, transformation frameworks, and data operations.

Proven experience with Terraform, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and Azure DevOps
pipelines.

Good understanding of application architecture and API integration across
Python, React.js, Angular, .NET Core, Java Spring Boot, and Node.js.

Experience with security, governance, networking, IAM, and monitoring in
Azure environments.
