Description:

• Looking for candidates who can support strategic marketers with advanced
analytics and data-driven insights, with experience in interpreting and
validating research data, especially from surveys.

This role will be
central to designing, implementing, analyzing, and validating research
surveys that inform marketing and brand strategy.

The ideal candidate will
be highly skilled in survey methodologies and advanced statistical
analysis, experienced with data validation and statistical testing, and
passionate about distilling meaningful, actionable findings from diverse
data sources.

Key skills and professional experience:

• Overall, 10+ years’ experience with at least 7+ years of relevant primary
quantitative marketing research experience including statistical analysis,
ideally with exposure to U.S./Global marketers or professional services.

• Proven expertise in survey design (e.g., questionnaire development,
sampling strategy, logic flows) and hands-on experience with survey
platforms such as Qualtrics, Decipher, or similar.

• Advanced skills in
statistical analysis of survey data, including detailed cross-tabs, custom
data cuts, weighting, significance testing, multivariate analysis, conjoint
analysis segmentation, factor and regression analysis.

• Hands-on
experience with standard survey statistical packages such as SPSS and/or
SAS.

• Working knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI,
Tableau) and ability to translate research results into compelling charts,
dashboards, and visual stories.

• Familiarity with secondary research
databases (EIU, EMIS, Gartner, IDC) is advantageous.

• Experience with
Generative AI tools and techniques (e.g., large language models, prompt
engineering, or AI-driven analytics) is a strong plus.

• Excellent
analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize large
datasets, spot trends, and draw logical inferences.

• Strong project
management skills—ability to scope, plan, execute, and deliver analytics
projects on time and to manage vendors.

• Collaborative and team-oriented,
with a proven ability to manage multiple activities and competing demands
simultaneously.

• Excellent communication skills, able to translate
technical findings into actionable business insights, and present them to
leaders and non-technical stakeholders.

• Attention to detail and quality,
with a track record of ensuring data integrity and actionable
recommendations.

As a Manager, Quantitative Marketing Research, you will drive primary
research initiatives that support brand and marketing objectives.

Your
expertise will shape strategic decision-making through rigorous survey
design, thoughtful analysis, and clear communication of findings.

Key job responsibilities include:
Survey Research and Analytics

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate
business objectives into effective survey instruments and research plans.

• Design and execute end-to-end surveys for brand tracking, customer/market
insights, and campaign strategy.

• Conduct detailed data cuts and analyze
survey datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and key drivers.

• Perform
statistical significance testing to validate research insights; clearly
communicate implications and confidence levels to marketing and business
leaders.

• Ensure data quality through meticulous cleaning and validation;
manage sampling, quotas, and response tracking.

Data Interpretation and Visualization

• Synthesize and interpret
quantitative and qualitative data, generating actionable insights for
strategy and reporting.

• Produce visual outputs—dashboards, presentations,
infographics—to distill complex analyses into easily understood narratives.

• Stay current with innovations in survey research (AU innovation, tools,
methodologies) to enhance research outcomes.

Collaboration and Project
Management

• Serve as the subject matter specialist for survey analytics
within the team, supporting knowledge sharing and capability building.

• Liaise with marketers, researchers, and leadership to align survey projects
with strategic priorities.

• Manage multiple projects end-to-end; scope,
plan, and deliver research requests efficiently.

Day-to-day

• Collaborating with leadership to manage workflow,
ensuring adequate resources, and driving survey requests.

• Contribute to
knowledge sharing and continuous improvement of analytics capabilities
within the team.
