• Job Duties:

• Analyze business and technical requirements related to ACI UPF platform
implementations.

• Perform platform build, deployment, and installation in Azure cloud
environments

• Hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and Kubernetes, deployment, scaling,
and managing containerized applications in production environments.

• Configure and customize UPF platform components based on customer
requirements.

• Develop and support CSM configurations and related customizations.

• Perform troubleshooting, issue analysis, and resolution across
development and deployment environments.

• Support environment setup activities across SIT, UAT, and Production
environments.

• Coordinate code deployments and release activities.

• Provide production support and assist in resolving critical incidents.

• Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders.

• Prepare and submit status reports and other project documentation as
required.

• Complete and submit timesheets on a weekly basis to track time and
project progress.

• Coordinate with customer stakeholders to ensure alignment on project
objectives, timelines, and deliverables.

• Work collaboratively with customer and internal teams to meet project
requirements.

• Contribute to technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational
procedures.

• Minimum Requirements for this Position:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent.

• Domain Knowledge: Payments and Cards.

• Role: ACI UPF Technical Consultant.

• Job Level: 7–10 years of relevant experience.
