Description:
• 7-10 years of technology consulting experience, with a strong focus on
contact center solutions and cloud operations.
• Minimum of 6-7 years of in-depth, hands-on experience with Amazon Connect
and associated AWS services in large-scale environments.
• Expert proficiency in designing, developing, and optimizing complex
Amazon Connect contact flows, including integration with Lex bots, Lambda,
external APIs, Python, and JSON.
• Demonstrated ability to architect and implement secure, scalable, and
high-availability contact center solutions using AWS services such as
Connect, Lex, Polly, Lambda, CloudWatch, Kinesis, Glue, S3, Redshift, SNS,
and SQS.
• Advanced development experience with AWS Lex bots for natural language
processing, conversational AI, and seamless call routing.
• Strong coding skills in Python, with solid experience writing complex SQL
queries and performing data/string analysis for contact center analytics
and reporting.
• Extensive knowledge of DevOps practices—including CI/CD pipeline design,
automated testing, Docker containerization, and version control with
GitHub—ensuring robust and automated deployments.
• Proven experience with agile and iterative project delivery
methodologies, actively leading sprint planning, backlog refinement, and
stakeholder alignment for cloud and contact center transformation projects.
• Ability to translate intricate business and technical requirements into innovative, actionable solution architectures and technical designs.
• Thorough understanding of end-to-end project delivery, including assessment, design, build, deployment, and operational transition for cloud-based contact center initiatives.
• Up-to-date awareness of cloud and contact center technology trends, tools, and emerging best practices.
• Prior experience leading technical teams or mentoring junior developers is highly desirable.
