Responsibilities:
• - Partner with Relationship Manager and domain leaders to shape and
execute strategies in pursuit of and the partner’s business objectives.
• Support Relationship Manager or domain leader in shaping the annual
business plan
• Actively collaborate in designing and launching joint campaigns,
co-innovation initiatives, and domain-specific solutions that unlock new
market opportunities.
• Facilitate cross-functional integration, ensuring alliance and other
operations teams contribute to and benefit from shared goals (across
marketing, sales and community operations, Jupiter, KX, certifications,
etc.)
• Governance & Operational Rhythm
• - Establish and manage structured governance frameworks such as
Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), and
steering committees for the Growth Platform
• Track key deliverables, commitments, and KPIs, ensuring timely
execution and accountability across and Growth Platform leadership teams.
• Prepare and coordinate meeting agendas, supporting materials, and
follow-up documentation for senior leadership.
• Reporting & Analytics
• - Own comprehensive alliance reporting, including sourced/influenced
pipeline, revenue, certifications, and investment levels.
• Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and trackers that provide
leadership with actionable insights and transparency.
• Regularly deliver strategic recommendations based on performance
analytics to drive continuous improvement and increase alliance value.
• Campaign & Program Support
• - Manage operational execution of joint go-to-market (GTM) plays,
partner campaigns, and programmatic initiatives, consolidating and
reporting on performance metrics.
• Oversee partner program operations, including portal and deal
registration management, market development funds (MDF) allocation, and
incentive tracking.
• Ensure compliance with all partner program requirements, such as
timely reporting and certification management.
• Collect and report feedback regularly on external sentiment for the
Growth Platform (e.g., news, press reports, announcements).
Scan sources
(LAP, Deloitte Service Lines and [Growth Platform Partner]) to capture new
ideas for joint solutions
• Internal Coordination & Enablement
• - Maintain up-to-date knowledge repositories, playbooks, and templates
to drive consistency and efficiency across alliance management activities.
• Align internal priorities—including solution strategies, GTM plays,
and delivery models—with alliance and partner program frameworks.
• Conduct research and gather market intelligence to inform U.S.-led
alliance planning and strengthen competitive positioning.
• Process & Continuous Improvement
• - Identify operational bottlenecks, recommending improvements to
streamline alliance execution and boost scalability.
• Champion the adoption of standardized processes and automation to
maximize productivity and operational excellence.
• Foster knowledge-sharing and best practice adoption across regions,
service lines, and alliance teams.
• Marketing
• - Work closely with Growth Platform Partner and Growth Platform
Marketing Managers to develop the joint marketing plan
• Monitor progress in execution of the plan
• Develop industry / sector relevant briefing decks
• Coordinate conference planning with LAP and SMP
• Work with team to identify topics and speaking sessions
• Attend SKO physically for networking and support activities, as
possible
• Confirm speakers, articulates and manages the material submission
process
