Position : Director – Marketing

Skills & Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Marketing, Branding, Digital Presence, and Corporate Communications, preferably in professional services / consulting / GCC / ITES environments.

• Strong experience in website management, SEO, and social media strategy.

• Experience in proposal/pursuit writing and sales enablement content.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience working closely with C-Suite and business leaders.

• Ability to translate complex services into compelling narratives.

• Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.

Roles & Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy, Brand & Digital Presence:

• Define and execute the firm’s marketing, brand, and digital strategy aligned to business goals.

• Develop brand positioning, messaging architecture, and visual identity standards.

• Ensure consistent brand representation across all channels, geographies, and service lines.

• Lead brand campaigns, thought leadership, and market visibility initiatives.

Website Ownership & Management:

• Own end-to-end strategy, content, structure, and governance of the corporate website.

• Ensure the website reflects current capabilities, case studies, leadership profiles, and brand messaging.

• Drive continuous improvement of user experience (UX), SEO, and content backlinking and relevance.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies for design, updates, and performance optimization.

• Track website analytics, traffic, and conversion metrics.

Social Media & Digital Channel Management:

• Define and manage the organization’s social media strategy (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram,Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

• Manage a structured content calendar aligned to brand, thought leadership, hiring brand, and business priorities.

• Oversee content creation including posts, articles, videos, leadership bytes, and campaigns.

• Monitor engagement metrics and continuously improve digital reach and visibility.

• Ensure leadership profiling and brand storytelling through social platforms.

External Communications & Market Presence:

• Own corporate communications including PR, media releases, leadership articles, and representation content.

• Develop executive communication packs, speeches, and thought leadership content.

• Build and manage relationships with media partners, industry bodies, and external agencies.

Internal Communications & Culture Messaging:

• Design and run internal communication strategy to align employees with vision, growth, and culture.

• Develop leadership messages, newsletters, townhall communication, and organizational updates.

• Support change management communication during key organizational initiatives.

Proposal, Pursuit & Sales Enablement Content:

• Lead the proposal and pursuit writing function for large deals and strategic opportunities.

• Create high-quality pitch decks, credentials, case studies, and client presentations.

• Standardize proposal templates, content repositories, and win-story libraries.

• Partner with business and sales leaders to improve win ratios through compelling storytelling.

Content Management & Knowledge Repository:

• Own centralized content governance including case studies, thought leadership, and marketing collateral.

• Ensure content is current, relevant, and aligned with brand messaging.

• Build a digital content library for easy access across teams.

Reporting, Metrics & Governance:

• Define and track KPIs for marketing impact, brand visibility, website performance, and proposal success rates.

• Provide monthly dashboards and insights to COO and leadership team.

Team Leadership:

• Build and lead a high-performing marketing and communications team.

• Manage external agencies (design, digital, PR) for execution excellence.

• Create scalable processes for content, communication, website, and proposal management.
