Description:
Must have prior Architect experience with Integration and have done at least 10 + complex integration project (10Yrs)Applications development expertise and sought as a resource for resolution of unique or complex application development problems
Must have experience in ServiceNow CSM Module , APO/MCO will be plus
Must have experience in Fresh deployments and complete data model for ITSM OR CSM .
Must have been in previous role as Architect in CSM or FSM or S2P or MCO or APO
ServiceNow implementation experience when shortlisting – check for CTA or ArchX certification if they don’t have APO experience
