Must have’s for PM Scrum Agile

AM-level Agile PM / Scrum Master with 7–8+ years of strong, hands-on
Agile/Scrum experience

The target candidate should have direct ownership of Agile delivery
operations, including:

• Facilitating all Scrum ceremonies
• Managing sprint execution and backlog refinements.

• Working closely with Product Owners and senior leaders to
maintain a continuous pipeline of backlog

• Tracking Agile metrics such as velocity, burndown, sprint
progress, and delivery health

• Proactively removing impediments across teams
• Strong practical experience using Azure DevOps in day-to-day
Agile delivery

• Strong stakeholder management, communication , negotiation
skills experience with senior leaders SM level and above

• Team working agreements and improving agile processes
• Examples such as end-to-end SDLC ownership,
architecture/design leadership, dashboard/reporting, support operations,
SLA management, or managing multiple delivery projects do not by themselves
meet the requirement unless the profile also clearly demonstrates 6–8+
years of solid Agile PM / Scrum Master ownership.

Specifically seeking candidates with:

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
• Strong practical knowledge of Agile concepts and ceremonies
• 4-5+ years of continuous, relevant experience as a Scrum
