• Jd-Role Responsibilities:
• - Design and develop SmartComm document templates.
• Create personalized customer communications based on defined business
rules.
• Configure workflows and document generation processes.
• Integrate SmartComm with enterprise systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues.
• Maintain and enhance existing communication templates.
• Preferred Experience:
• - Prior experience in the *Insurance domain is preferred.
• Strong hands-on experience with SmartComm development and customer
communication solutions.
• Client & Interview Details:
• - Client: European Client
• Interview Process: 2–3 rounds of discussions
• Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
• Location : Open to all *Deloitte USI locations
• except: Gurgaon, Mumbai &Kolkata
