Position Details: SailPoint - Identity IQ

Description:

• Role Summary
• We are looking for a SailPoint IIQ professional with 3–8 years of
experience in identity and access management (IAM), with hands-on expertise
in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation, configuration, customization, and
support.

The candidate should have experience working on enterprise IAM
projects and collaborating with business, security, and infrastructure
teams.

• Key Responsibilities
• - Design, configure, and support SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions
• Develop and customize workflows, rules, connectors, forms, and
approvals in IIQ

• Integrate SailPoint IIQ with target applications, directories, and
authentication systems

• Perform user provisioning, access certification, role management, and
identity lifecycle management

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across SailPoint workflows and
integrations

• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into
technical solutions

• Support testing, deployment, and production issue resolution
• Prepare technical documentation and contribute to best practices
• Required Skills
• - 3–8 years of overall experience
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ
• Good understanding of IAM concepts such as provisioning,
certification, RBAC, and lifecycle management

• Experience with Java, BeanShell, XML, Web Services, REST/SOAP APIs
• Knowledge of directory services such as Active Directory, LDAP, and
related identity systems

• Experience with connectors, workflows, rules, and customizations in IIQ
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
