Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain SharePoint Online solutions using SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
• Develop custom web parts, SPFx extensions, application customizers, and adaptive card extensions from the ground up
• Build and customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, forms, and web parts
• Automate business processes and build low-code solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps
• Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 services such as Teams and OneDrive, and with internal and external systems via REST APIs and Microsoft Graph
• Provision and manage sites, lists, and configuration at scale using PnP PowerShell and the PnP framework
• Support build, release, and deployment activities through Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot production defects, optimize performance, and improve the reliability of existing solutions
• Write clean, reusable, well-documented code and contribute to shared component libraries

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• 3 to 4 years of dedicated SharePoint Online development experience (configuration-only experience will not qualify)
• Demonstrable, deep hands-on expertise in the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and React, with strong TypeScript and JavaScript
• Proven experience building and deploying custom web parts, extensions, and forms to production
• Solid working experience with Power Automate and Power Apps for real workflow and app delivery
• Practical understanding of REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and common SharePoint integration patterns
• Comfort with PnP PowerShell, Visual Studio Code, npm/gulp tooling, and Git
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving ability, with the judgment to work with limited supervision

Strongly Preferred

• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps repositories and CI/CD pipelines
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services relevant to SharePoint solutions
• Experience integrating a web analytics platform such as Adobe Analytics (or Google      Analytics / Microsoft 365 usage analytics) to measure adoption and engagement
• Exposure to enterprise-scale SharePoint implementations and governance
• Experience in eLearning or learning platforms
• A portfolio, GitHub profile, or examples of shipped SPFx solutions
