Description

• Analyze instructional design project requirements and work with the project manager around scope and solution.

• Create design solutions and instructional design approaches.

• Write instructional content, learning objectives, and training plan.

• Write storyboards in Word, PPT, and other tools and create the visual design, UI, and
functionality specifications to be used as blueprint instructions for solution development.

• Write assessments.

• Write engaging instructional activities for ILTs and e-Learning.

• Develop training materials such as instructor guides, participant guides, hands-on activities, job aids, and self-study materials.

• Visualize and suggest instructional graphics.

• Collaborate with SMEs and team members to achieve project goals and develop
training.

• Develop learning deliverables in line with the project scope using common authoring tools and templates.

• Add graphics, audio, and video files to Storyline and other authoring tools.

• Review the content, identify instructional and language errors, and fix them.

• Ensure timely deliveries .
