• Mandatory Skills
• - Strong understanding of regulatory systems and regulatory processes in a pharma organization
• Experience working across upstream and downstream regulatory processes
• Must have SME-level knowledge of regulatory process operations in the pharma sector
• Strong understanding of stakeholders involved in the regulatory ecosystem
• Ability to identify and remediate process challenges from a user/system perspective
• Experience using Veeva RIM as a user
• Good understanding of regulatory management processes

• Secondary Skills
• - Experience with Veeva RIM system
• Hands-on experience as a user of Veeva, not as a backend engineer
• Exposure to regulatory process operations in pharma

• Good to Have
•  Strong analytical skills
• Good stakeholder management skills, including internal, client, and
• Ability to use GenAI artifacts effectively for drawouts and reports
• Good command of Excel and PowerPoint
• Certification in any data platform such as Snowflake or Databricks
• Basic database knowledge
• Veeva certification as a user
• Pharma domain knowledge
• SME for regulatory process operations in pharma
• User-level Veeva RIM experience
• Strong process understanding with the ability to support and improve regulatory workflows
• Comfortable working with stakeholders across functions and translating
process needs into execution
