• Position Summary :
• We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to manage enterprise
IT infrastructure including networking, servers, storage, surveillance,
end-user computing, IT security, and infrastructure operations for the Pune
location.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, firewalls,
routing and switching infrastructure.

• Administer Windows Servers,
VMware/Hyper-V, storage, backup and disaster recovery.

• Manage CCTV,
access control and physical security infrastructure.

• Support Microsoft
365, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and endpoint management.

• Maintain server
rooms, racks, structured cabling and UPS infrastructure.

• Lead
infrastructure upgrades, office expansions and technology refresh projects.

• Manage OEMs, ISPs and service providers; ensure SLA compliance.

• Maintain IT assets, documentation, SOPs and network diagrams.

• Ensure
infrastructure security, patching, monitoring and compliance.

• Provide L3
support for critical infrastructure incidents.

Required Skills

• Enterprise
Networking (Cisco/Aruba/HPE/Fortinet or equivalent)

• Windows Server,
Active Directory, VMware/Hyper-V

• SAN/NAS Storage and Backup (Veeam or
equivalent)

• Firewall, VPN, Endpoint Security
• CCTV, Access Control
Systems

• Microsoft 365 and collaboration platforms
• Excellent
troubleshooting and vendor management skills Experience

• 8–12 years in
Enterprise IT Infrastructure.

• Experience in Manufacturing/Automotive/R&D
environments preferred.

• Experience leading infrastructure projects.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics or
related field.

• CCNA/CCNP, VMware, Microsoft or ITIL certifications
preferred.
